This event marked the 16th edition of the exhibition, which has become a benchmark in the global LED industry, attracting numerous exhibitors and showcasing the latest technology and products in the field. At SHISAI’s booth, the high-precision ultra-thin wall-mounted LED product – the Breeze series – became the focus of the entire exhibition. With its unique product positioning and outstanding performance, it attracted a large number of exhibitors to stop for consultation and close-up observation. As an intelligent display solution developed for limited indoor spaces, the Breeze series fundamentally addresses the industry pain point that traditional display screens, due to their large size and high installation requirements, are difficult to be wall-mounted in narrow spaces.
The Breeze series product displayed on-site had a width of 6 meters, a height of 3 meters, and a pixel pitch of 2.6mm. With its extremely thin body and wall-mounted installation method, it demonstrated SHISAI’s technical strength in high-precision display and space optimization.
In terms of application scenarios, the Breeze series has extremely wide adaptability. In terms of product design and functions, the Breeze series is full of highlights:
- It supports 90° corner installation. The side of the cabinet adopts precise 45° angle cutting technology to ensure accurate angles and uniform gaps during splicing, easily coping with corner display scenarios.
- It adopts a full front maintenance design. The modules are fixed by a magnetic adsorption structure, enabling easy installation and disassembly of modules without removing the entire cabinet. This makes later maintenance convenient and efficient, greatly reducing maintenance costs and operation difficulty.
- It supports direct wall-mounted installation without the need for additional complex rear installation space reservation, helping customers maximize the use of site area. Moreover, the installation process is simple, shortening the project implementation cycle.
- It features a slim and lightweight design. With an ultra-thin bezel, each indoor LED display panel of the series weighs only 6.5 kg and has a thickness of merely 53 mm. This not only facilitates transportation and installation but also integrates naturally with various indoor decoration styles, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.
