    Cause: 

    1. The LED lights of the same advertising screen display come from different batches. Some LED screen manufacturers mix different batches of LED lights while producing the same LED screen for they might not have enough lights or storage. However, these different batches of LED lights will produce distinct color differences due to time length.

  • 23. How do waterproof components of outdoor LED display panels work?

    • LED Module: 
    1. Common module with rear exposed but coated

    Mostly we meet this kind of module from the outdoor LED display with conventional cabinet. The key point of waterproof performance of the LED display is the cabinet and module fixing; the coating is the last step of defense instead.

    1. Sealed module with pin interface:

    This module mostly works with the die-cast panel or independent power room. It is the silicone ring at the interface which offers waterproof. Therefore the magnetic module of this type is not recommended for DOOH.

    1. Sealed module with waterproof plug:

    It is a relatively better module for an outdoor LED display board with excellent waterproof capacity, but the cost may be higher.

     

    • Power room:

The following will introduce this parameter in detail:

    • Horizontal Angle

    The horizontal viewing angle of the LED display screen refers to the maximum angle from which a normal view can be seen on a plane perpendicular to the display surface. If you are looking at a straight LED display, when your eyes move horizontally, you will find that the color on the screen will be distorted and eventually become black. The maximum horizontal viewing angle of humans is generally between 160°.

     

    • Vertical Angle

    The LED tube core packaging method is divided into SMD and DIP. The viewing angle of SMD is wider than that of DIP. The color of DIP is separated. The viewing angle of indoor SMD is greater than outdoor SMD, which is due to the height of the mask.
