As an extension of the Ember Pro series, the Ember Elite lineup achieves outdoor-ready ultra-fine pixel pitch applications (sub-1.9mm). By integrating Mini LED technology with manufacturing process refinements, we've significantly enhanced contrast ratios to compensate for the inherent brightness limitations of ultra-dense configurations, ensuring optimal viewing performance in direct sunlight environments
Common-Cathode Design
The Ember Elite series adopts a common-cathode configuration. This design achieves substantial power consumption reduction in screen operation while proportionally lowering resultant thermal output.
Extremely High Contrast
1. Mini LED backlight incorporates dedicated black zones that enhance contrast ratio through optimized light control.
2. LED packages employ dual-surface blackened treatment (top and substrate) for multi-dimensional contrast enhancement.
3. Circuit design implements specialized blackened PCB technology that optimizes background darkness.
4.Colorless GOB encapsulation demonstrates UV/yellowing resistance while maintaining 98%+ original luminance retention
